Grass-fed Beef

The Cincinnati farm is specially tailored as a grass-fed beef operation. The farm is divided into thirty fields of approximately three acres each, making it very easy to move the cattle between fields. We never have more than sixty cattle on the farm at one time and the cattle are continuously rotated to prevent overgrazing and to maintain the grass at the highest level of quality. All hay is harvested from three special fields which have been planted with a balanced mix of grasses and legumes to optimize the nutrients the cattle receive. Because all feed grasses are grown within the farm, there is complete control over what the cattle eat.
